Hi, I'm Siddharth.
eCommerce & Marketplace Specialist, Mumbai. I work inside brands, not from the outside looking in.
A decade spent inside the machine.
"Half-attention isn't something I'm willing to give."
I started in eCommerce early enough to watch the entire landscape shift beneath my feet. Marketplaces changed. Algorithms rewrote themselves. Customer behaviour moved faster than most brands could react. I stayed. Not as an observer, but as someone building inside the machine.
Over the past decade, I have worked directly inside brands. Not advising from the outside, not sending monthly reports. I have been in the accounts, adjusting bids at midnight, rebuilding listings after an algorithm hit, finding margin where it looked like there was none.
Every brand I work with is different. Different category, different ceiling, different problem. But the pattern holds: when someone pays close attention to the detail, things move.
I do not manage a portfolio. I work with a small number of brands at a time, which means every single account gets daily attention. Not because I have to. Because that is the only way this actually works.
Every Single Day
I work with a small number of brands at a time, which means every single account gets daily attention. Not because I have to. Because that is the only way this actually works.
Always in the Account
I track what is happening in real time, and I move quickly. Most problems compound when they sit. Most opportunities close when they wait. Catching things early is not luck. It is what happens when someone is always in the account.
The principles behind the work.
Three things that shape how I think about every brand, every listing, every campaign.
Visibility is the product.
If they cannot see it, it does not exist. Visibility on a marketplace is not a bonus. It is the product. Whatever else a brand does, nothing else matters if they cannot be found.
Revenue is the only signal.
The only lens that matters is whether it converts. Not how it looks in a spreadsheet, not how it feels in a meeting. Revenue is the signal. Everything else is noise.
Every brand has more room.
Every brand I have worked with had more potential than they realised. The constraint is almost never the product. It is attention, consistency, and someone who actually cares.
